What you’re working towards
Sequence explicitly described photographs into a personal album and keep selection decisions traceable without claiming image inspection. The worked result is a written example for practice; the AI steps have not been tested.

Make a start
One step at a time.
3 steps
Start with the synthetic worked example or other non-sensitive inputs. Run one prompt at a time in your chosen AI tool. Replace any bracketed placeholders with the requested material, check each reply, and supply the source or earlier outputs that step needs. Paste them again if the tool lacks that context.
Start with the synthetic example, then adapt each prompt to your task.
01
Open a chat and paste the example
Open https://chatgpt.com and choose New chat. Copy every line under Input in this guide into the message box. Then add the prompt below (the instructions telling the assistant what to do) and send both together. Expect a written response shaped like the example under Output. The wording may differ. If the assistant asks for information already in the input, point to that line; if a necessary fact is missing, keep it unknown rather than guessing.
Your starting prompt
Use the complete photo-description list above to make a three-page album order. Keep known-time photos chronological, use at most two per page, preserve the supplied captions and put the unknown-date photo in a separate hold list. Do not claim to have seen images or assess their visual quality.
02
Check the specific result
Count P1–P5 once in the three-page plan and P6 once in the hold list. Each page has at most two images. Check that no unknown date or visual-quality judgment has been added. Compare it with the Input yourself. If the response fails a check, paste the correction prompt below into the same chat. Recheck the corrected version before saving it.
Your starting prompt
Reconcile all six photo IDs against the input. Correct duplicated or omitted photos, page-capacity errors or changes to captions. Keep P6 outside the chronology and remove claims of image inspection.
03
Try it with your own example
Open a new chat. Copy the prompt below, then replace [PASTE YOUR INPUT HERE] with your own non-sensitive facts and rules. Include the kinds of details listed under Requirements. Send the whole message. Expect the same kind of result as this guide, using your values. Compare every name, number and rule with your input. If something differs, point to the exact mismatch and ask for a corrected complete answer. Save only a version you have checked.
Your starting prompt
Make an album order from my text descriptions and page rules below. Keep known dates in order, respect the maximum photos per page, preserve my captions and hold unknown-date items separately unless I give another rule. Do not claim to see images or judge image quality.
Use only the new input below. If a fact needed to finish is missing, ask me for it before choosing an answer.

Optional: improve the result
Update one newly identified photo
Insert a photo only after its missing information is actually supplied. This extension uses the worked example. Return to that example chat, or paste its input and your checked example answer into a new chat first. Do not apply its sample values unchanged to your own input.
Advanced prompt
New supplied fact: P6 was taken on Saturday at 12:00 beside the harbor. Keep three pages and the two-photo maximum. Rebuild the chronological order using all six photos, preserving the original caption text.

Made-up example for practice.
Made-up example for practice; no image files are supplied or inspected. Photo descriptions: P1, “Arriving at the harbor station”, Saturday 09:00; P2, “Sketchbook on the jetty”, Saturday 10:30; P3, “Walking the coastal path”, Saturday 14:00; P4, “Evening lights beside the harbor”, Saturday 19:30; P5, “Train home”, Sunday 16:00; P6, “A blue doorway”, date and location unknown. Make a three-page personal album plan with at most two photos per page. Include every photo with a known time, in chronological order. Hold unknown-date photos separately. Use only the supplied caption text; no claims about composition, sharpness, faces or colors beyond those words.
Copies text only. For image or file tasks, use the source files named in the steps too.
Written example for practice; not a recorded AI response.
Three-page album plan
Page 1
P1 — Arriving at the harbor station — Saturday 09:00.
P2 — Sketchbook on the jetty — Saturday 10:30.
Page 2
P3 — Walking the coastal path — Saturday 14:00.
P4 — Evening lights beside the harbor — Saturday 19:30.
Page 3
P5 — Train home — Sunday 16:00.
Hold for identification
P6 — A blue doorway — date and location unknown. Do not place it in the trip chronology yet.
Check: five known-time photos appear once across three pages; no page exceeds two photos. One photo is held. This is an order based on captions, not a visual review or a created album file.
These checks use the worked example and its particular facts. With your own material, check your actual names, numbers, sources and rules; do not reuse the sample’s values as the answer.
Unsaved checks stay in this tab and reset when you reload. If you choose Save guide, its current example checkmarks are kept in this browser when storage is available.
!
A few things to watch for.
A caption can support an ordering choice but not a judgment that a photo is blurry or well composed.
Do not guess dates from an evocative caption; keep an identification queue.
